Riposte X TOAST

Riposte collaborated with lifestyle brand, Toast on editorial content and a live event to support their A/W collection that celebrated the spirit of the pioneer. To bring the theme to life, we profiled three modern pioneers from our network who are innovating and challenging stereotypes through their work.

ONLINE & IN-PRINT EDITORIAL

For the editorial project, we worked with Natsai Audrey Chieza, founder of Faber Futures, director of the Liverpool Biennial Fatos Ustek and novelist Charlotte Philby. We interviewed each woman to discuss their pioneering careers and commissioned photographer Bex Day to shoot their portraits styled in Toast clothes. The full editorial appeared online (all interviews can be read here), across social media and in-print.

LIVE EVENT

To accompany the editorial and deepen the connection between Toast and the Riposte reader we co-hosted a special launch event at Picture Room in Brooklyn, New York.
